Masters is great. I reached out to them to help with a ceiling fan issue. I spoke with Antoinette who did a great job getting me the info I needed and scheduling me for repair in less than 48 hours. My technician Ray called ahead as promised and arrived on time. I ended up having to replace the ceiling fan because the motor was dead but no worries because Ray worked with me to get a new one installed. I made a trip to Home Depot and around an hour later my new ceiling fan was installed. Great communication and great service. I’d definitely use them again. Highly recommended.
